Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff through our paid training program
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory management software
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
