Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Implement inventory control systems using WMS software to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize supply chain workflows
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain during training
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain through training
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
