- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment using proper packaging techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace through regular sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Background check and drug screen required
