As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are looking for team players who are ready to hit the ground running and contribute to our success immediately.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
- Package and label items according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training may be available.
