Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload trucks with precision to prevent damage and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to 5S methodology for organized and hazard-free workspaces
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
