Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure high productivity.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for scanning and tracking.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
