Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and specifications.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock and materials, inspecting for damage and verifying quantities against invoices.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
