Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, verify, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory records
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in climate-controlled environment
