Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of obstructions.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with basic packing, labeling, and order checking duties.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
