Your Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain. Your daily tasks will include:

- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Conduct daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organize and stock pallets in designated storage areas to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Verify accuracy of inventory counts using handheld scanners or WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
