Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Verify inventory accuracy and update stock records as needed.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided on-site).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
