Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Forklift, or Pallet Jack) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to ensure efficient distribution.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Verify inventory counts using RF scanners and log data accurately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist with cycle counting and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CFL, OSHA 10/30, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends.
