Your Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from shelves based on digital pick tickets.
- Verify order accuracy by checking item descriptions, quantities, and quality.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily and weekly throughput goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
