Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, packaged, and secured for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Verify inventory counts and update tracking systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
