Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to verify inventory and locate items.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled and secured for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
