Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to 5S safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Replenish stock levels in bins and storage areas to keep operations running smoothly.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid State ID or Driver’s License.
- Willingness to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
