Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
