Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Label, pack, and seal boxes securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
