Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving: Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain organized storage areas and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Documentation: Properly complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs for shipments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
