Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure high accuracy levels.
- Load and unload trucks safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a standing or walking environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse shuttle duties.
