Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure warehouse organization meets company standards.
- Inspect equipment and facility areas for safety hazards and report any maintenance needs.
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments with high attention to detail and care.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies during every shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus (training provided).
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and shipping orders.
