Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to OSHA standards.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Assist in processing returns and managing waste disposal procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
