Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Execute high-volume order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in our WMS system.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure compliance with packaging standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for warehouse transport duties.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors in data or inventory quickly.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
