Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and staging of merchandise to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
