Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards while performing duties.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for scanning and counting.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
