Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to 5S standards.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic math skills required for scanning, weighing, and labeling items.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility is mandatory.
