Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently using conveyor belts and manual methods.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift/Order Picker) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular inventory counts and update warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
