Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select, pack, and label products for shipment to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete shipping labels, packing slips, and daily logs.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Boston facility.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
