Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Assist in organizing storage areas to maximize space utilization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly preferred.
