Responsibilities
- Scan barcodes and pick items from inventory shelves using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pack products securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and weight distribution.
- Verify order accuracy against picking tickets to minimize errors and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and performing cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
