Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated storage zones.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended shifts.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety labels and inventory logs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
