Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
- Verify accuracy of inventory against shipping and receiving documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including pallet wrapping and racking organization.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (High Reach, Reach Truck, or Counterbalance preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
