Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify item codes and quantities against customer purchase orders to ensure zero errors.
- Inspect products for quality and package them securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 10-12 hours) and perform physical labor.
- Basic math skills for accurate order verification.
- Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality workmanship.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
