Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and label orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed during peak seasons.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if applicable) and fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
