Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas or loading docks.
- Verify inventory quantities and accuracy of shipments using handheld scanners.
- Package and label items for shipment using appropriate materials and methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match records.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding stock issues or operational delays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
