Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from inventory using RF scanners and pick lists with high accuracy.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including shelving and aisles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
