Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, and quality control.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification is a plus).
- Label, wrap, and stage packages for shipping in a timely manner to meet daily quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, inventory control procedures, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail are essential.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience is considered.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
