Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding inventory management and handling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Scan and label packages correctly to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments (hot and cold zones).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
