Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely pick, pack, and ship customer orders using scanners and handheld devices.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals and operational targets.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
- Mobility: Must be able to walk, bend, twist, squat, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
