Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse efficiently and safely.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick orders from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using packing materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and ensuring stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
