Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and power jacks to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Process Incoming & Outgoing Shipments: Receive, sort, and scan incoming stock, then pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and keep workstations clean and organized.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform regular cycle counts and ensure inventory records match physical stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly over an 8-hour shift.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting items.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in picking and packing orders to minimize errors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
