Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, seal, and label products according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Verify accuracy of orders using scanning technology and pick lists.
- Operate industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Ensure the packing area remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
