Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor temperature controls in cold storage units to ensure product integrity and safety.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized, labeled stock areas.
- Load and unload shipments while adhering to strict safety protocols and weight limits.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in cold temperatures.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is highly desirable.
- Forklift certification (CDL or forklift certification is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
