Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and process incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners, safely and according to protocols.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
