Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders for shipment.
- Utilize handheld scanners to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Ensure the fulfillment area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (covered areas).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
