Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect, pack, and label merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we train motivated candidates.
