Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and safety equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy and manage stock locations using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL or Class 3 license preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
