Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods to and from the cold storage facility using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of all stored items.
- Monitor temperature logs and storage conditions to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of storage areas to prevent contamination.
- Assist in packing orders for timely shipment to customers.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below 32°F).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
