Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Conduct accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
- Documentation: Ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator License (certification provided upon hiring).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
