Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Inspect, sort, and package temperature-sensitive goods (food, pharmaceuticals)
- Maintain strict inventory control using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FSMA compliance protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and preventive maintenance on storage units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license
